Here are the members of our Advisory Board:

Rob Barrick 
Rob Barrick is the CEO of Smith Seckman Reid and has been associated with this firm, a leader in the Building System Engineering and Commissioning world for over 36 years.  Rob is actively involved with American Council of Engineering Companies in a number of capacities.

George Dunbar 
George Dunbar works with both The Dunbar Group and Arboretum Ventures where he utilizes his wide-ranging healthcare operating experience as the former CEO of a number of venture-backed healthcare companies to evaluate new investment opportunities in diagnostics, life science tools and medical devices. 

Jim Fuller 
Jim Fuller is the Owner of Fuller Consulting and previously worked as the political director for Governor Lamar Alexander’s re-election campaign and he has been involved with a number of local businesses throughout his career.

Dan Gaudette 
Dan Gaudette retired from Nissan North America as a Senior Vice President of manufacturing and supply chain management and he also served as the Interim President and CEO of United Way of Metropolitan Nashville for 10 months.


Charles Hagood has overseen the introduction and implementation of Lean Healthcare and quality management systems in over 400 hospitals throughout the U.S., Canada and Great Britain.  Charles is also the founder of and editor of the Lean Healthcare Exchange for safety, quality and efficiency. He is also President of hG4 Solutions, which specializes in innovation solutions for its clients, and is an Affiliate-Advisor with Clayton Associates in Nashville, a private equity and venture capital firm specializing in healthcare companies. 

Margaret Reynolds 
Margaret Reynolds, Master Growth Catalyst of Breakthrough Masters Unlimited, a division of Reynolds Consulting, LLC, has assisted companies of all sizes find ways to grow and prosper for over 20 years.  She spent the majority of her career prior to Reynolds Consulting with Hallmark Cards, Inc.
